Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and a supplement charge.

A refundable deposit is required upon check-in to cover incidental expenses during your stay.

The Resort accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments in Vietnamese Dong.

Bank transfer and QR payment are also available for your convenience.

Visitors

Visitors are invited to meet guests in the Lobby area. For privacy and security reasons, visitor access to guest rooms requires approval from the Manager.

No Smoking & No Pets

All guest rooms and indoor areas are non-smoking. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

To maintain a clean and relaxing environment, pets and animals are not permitted within the Resort premises.

Safety & Valuables

For your safety and peace of mind:

• Please store valuables in the in-room safe.
• The Resort is not responsible for items not deposited at the Front Desk.
• Cooking or use of heating devices is not permitted in guest rooms.
